Conditions of Use:
Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. is a wholesale network of many manufacturers. We sell all things in dozens, so when you order 1 it means 1 dozen. We don't have stock, we only make to order at reasonable prices. If you are looking for other products or designs, you are highly welcome to contact us. When we receive your order, you will as soon as possible receive an e-mail, where you get described the estimated production time.
All prices are ex. Value Added Tax and in the currency chosen, all prices are FOB Chiang Mai, that means not including: transport, Value Added Tax, customs and duties.
To protect the network of manufacturers, we cannot after order down adjust an order in production and/or change design, colors and sizes.
Order:
Presentation of products with prices at Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. is not an obligatory offer, but just an invitation to buy.
Buyers order to Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. is not an obligatory confirmation, but it's an obligatory order to Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. about purchase of the products at the stated terms.
An obligatory agreement between buyer and Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. is final when Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. Confirms the buyer order.
Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. reserves the rights to contact you by phone for verification of the order.
In case the ordered products are out of production, can not be supplied, can not be supplied at the given price, or the like, Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. will not certify (accept) the order. Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. will therefore as soon as possible inform the buyer about the cause why the order can't be certified (accepted).
On order over 100 USD we will need a deposit of at least 40% of the product price at the order time.
Payment of freight and products must be received before shipping from Chiang Mai. (Calculate that the handling of the bank transfer will take 4-10 working days before we receive it here).

The freight is calculated after estimated volume in cubic metre and may thus deviate from the actual volume. You'll therefore save freight by filling up the last cubic metre.
Priority Parcel Service Ltd. Part. is our partner with packing and transport (Priority Parcel Service Ltd. Part. will also send you all documents needed for the import).
For transport damage you can buy an insurance. That will cost 2.5% of the product price. Without this insurance you are yourself liable for any transport damage. The shipping time is about 30 days from Chiang Mai to Europe.
