Shipping:
The Shipping/delivery is to Århus seaport or Copenhagen seaport. For other destinations please contact us.
The freight is calculated according to estimated volume in cubic meter and can thus deviate from the definite volume. You'll therefore save money on the freight by filling up the last cubic meter.
Freight and products must be paid before being shipped from Chiang Mai. The freight can be paid either to us or directly to Priority Parcel Service Ltd. Part., who is our business partner about packing and transport, and Priority Parcel Service Ltd. Part. will also send you all documents needed for the import.
To cover transport damage you can buy an insurance costing 2.5% of the total product price. Without this insurance you are yourself liable for the transport damage.
The transportation takes about 30 days from Chiang Mai to Europe.
You can also send the products by UPS, please allow us about 3 days to give you the right price. We get special discount with UPS.
You can also use your own shipping company. Please inform your shipping company to pick up the products at our address.
Property: the risk of accidental loss or reduction:
All products from Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. is Hilltribevillage co., Ltd. property until delivery to the shipping company. At the time when the ordered products are handed over to the shipping company the risk of product loss or damage due to accidental circumstances, also by third party, pass to yourself as buyer.
Return:
If the goods are damaged during transport, you shall as soon as possible contact us and report the damage. You shall also at once on your receipt of the goods contact the carrier that delivered the goods, for example the post office or the carrier.
IMPORTANT ON DELIVERY: CHECK THAT THE GOODS ARE INTACT AND HAS NO TRANSPORT DAMAGE. If the goods unexpectedly have faults and/or lacks please contact us, peterjespersen1@yahoo.com, within 3 days.
Returning must be effected not later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The products must be in original packing. The costs of returning you as customer must pay.
Possible refund of the product price will be done as soon as possible and not later than 8-10 days after we receive the returned goods, if we at the same time receive your company- and bank informations.
